Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with GlobeX Scientific LLP. We aim to ensure that all scientific instruments and equipment arrive in perfect condition and meet your expectations. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully, as scientific equipment requires special handling and verification.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

1.1. Eligible Items

  • Laboratory instruments, scientific devices, consumables (non-opened), accessories, and spare parts purchased directly from GlobeX Scientific LLP.
  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition.

1.2. Time Window

  • Return/Refund request must be made within 3–5 days of delivery (customize as needed).
  • Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Temperature-sensitive or perishable laboratory products
  • Opened reagents, chemicals, or consumables
  • Custom-built or made-to-order scientific equipment
  • Software licenses or digital products
  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale

3. Conditions That Void Returns (User-Side Damage Restrictions)

A return or refund will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows physical damage, scratches, dents, cracks, burns, or broken components caused after delivery.
  • Serial number, warranty seal, calibration sticker, or safety seal is tampered or removed.
  • The device has been misused, improperly installed, used with incompatible power sources, or exposed to harmful environments (fluids, chemicals, electrical surges, etc.).
  • The equipment has been used in a laboratory setup, contaminated, or shows signs of operation.
  • Items are returned without original packaging, manuals, accessories, certificates, or calibration documents.

If user-induced damage is detected upon inspection, the return request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.


4. Damaged or Defective Products (Seller-Side Issues)

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  1. Report the issue within 24–72 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of:
    • Outer packaging
    • Shipping label
    • Product damage or defects
  3. Our technical team will verify the claim.

If approved, we will provide one of the following at no extra cost:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Full refund

5. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via:
  2. Wait for our confirmation and Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
  4. Ship the product using the return instructions provided.

Note: Unauthorized returns (returns without RMA) may be refused.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approval/denial will be notified within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees, calibration charges, installation fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.


7. Warranty Claims

Equipment covered under a manufacturer or store warranty can be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms. Warranty does not cover user-side damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
