🛠️ How to Use

1. Suspend the required amount of Nutrient Broth powder in distilled water
2. Mix thoroughly and heat gently to dissolve completely
3. Dispense into culture tubes, bottles, or flasks
4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes
5. Cool to room temperature
6. Inoculate with the test organism under aseptic conditions
7. Incubate at 35–37°C for 18–24 hours (or as required)
8. Observe for turbidity, sediment, or surface growth
