Conical Glass Inserts with Teflon Spring PTFE spring are manufactured from high-purity borosilicate glass to provide excellent chemical inertness, low adsorption, and dimensional precision for chromatographic applications. The conical internal geometry concentrates small sample volumes at the tip, enabling maximum sample recovery and accurate autosampler needle access during HPLC and GC analysis.

A PTFE (Teflon) support spring is integrated around the insert to ensure secure and stable positioning inside standard 2 ml autosampler vials. The spring prevents insert movement, floating, or tilting during transport and autosampler operation, ensuring reproducible injections and minimizing sample loss.
