PP Conical Insert are precision-molded from high-clarity polypropylene and designed to fit inside standard 2 ml autosampler vials to enable low-volume sample analysis. The conical internal shape concentrates small sample volumes at the bottom of the insert, ensuring maximum sample recovery and accurate needle access during HPLC and GC autosampler injections.

The insert provides excellent chemical resistance and low adsorption, making it suitable for precious, limited, or dilute samples. The clear construction allows easy visual monitoring of sample volume and condition. These inserts are compatible with standard 9 mm screw, crimp, and snap top autosampler vials.
