🛠️ How to Use

• Prepare: Dissolve medium in water, autoclave, pour into plates.

• Incubate: 30–37°C for 24–48 hours.

• Read Results: Observe typical Bacillus colonies (large, matte, spreading; or differential reactions depending on medium).

• Dispose: Autoclave plates before discarding.
