9 mm Blue Screw Caps with non-bonded non-slit red & white PTFE/silicone septa are designed for secure sealing of ND9 screw-neck autosampler vials used in HPLC, UHPLC, and GC applications. The cap is manufactured from high-quality blue polypropylene, providing excellent chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and consistent torque sealing.

The septum consists of a PTFE (red) sample-contact layer laminated to a silicone (white) backing. The non-bonded configuration allows easy septa removal or replacement based on analytical requirements. The non-slit design offers maximum sealing integrity, minimizing evaporation, contamination, and sample loss while maintaining reliable resealing after autosampler needle puncture.

• 9mm screw thread vilas have a 9-425 GPI thread
• The closure is dimensionally equivalent to 11mm crimp cap vials.
• This means that they can be used in any autosampler that uses 11mm crimp cap vials.
• 9mm screw cap have an advantage over 11 mm crimp caps beacuse screw cap can easily be applied.
