11mm Aluminium Crimp Caps with red & white PTFE/silicone septa are designed to provide secure hermetic sealing for 11 mm crimp-neck autosampler vials used in HPLC and GC applications. The cap is manufactured from high-quality aluminum to ensure consistent crimping performance and mechanical strength.

The septum consists of a chemically inert PTFE (red) sample-contact layer laminated to a silicone (white) backing, offering excellent sealing, low bleed, and reliable resealing after needle puncture. This closure system minimizes evaporation, contamination, and sample loss, ensuring integrity during storage and autosampler injection.
