9 mm Blue Screw Caps with bonded non-slit red & white PTFE/silicone septa are designed for secure sealing of ND9 screw-neck autosampler vials used in HPLC and GC applications. The cap is manufactured from high-quality blue polypropylene to provide excellent chemical resistance, durability, and consistent torque sealing.

The bonded septum features a PTFE (red) sample-contact layer laminated to a silicone (white) backing and permanently fixed inside the cap. The non-slit design ensures maximum sealing integrity, minimizes evaporation and contamination, and prevents septa push-through during autosampler needle penetration while maintaining reliable resealing.

• 9mm screw thread vilas have a 9-425 GPI thread
• The closure is dimensionally equivalent to 11mm crimp cap vials.
• This means that they can be used in any autosampler that uses 11mm crimp cap vials.
• 9mm caps have an advantage over 11 mm crimp caps beacuse 9mm screw caps can easily be applied
• And removed by hand and they can be reused. All vilas are manufacture with USP typle 1 glass.
